Meet the Team

Marie Palumbo Simoneaux

owner + designer

Tulane University, Master of Architecture

Marina Palumbo-Simoneaux brings thirty years of experience to the profession. After graduating from Tulane University with a Master’s of Architecture, she has worked on numerous adaptive reuse projects and historic renovations in New Orleans and San Francisco.

She has changed the game for interior renovations in New Orleans by implementing a design-build approach to every project, ensuring that every aspect of the project is considered from the very beginning. Her approach emphasizes the relationship between thoughtful design, practical functionality, and the preservation of a space’s unique character. By integrating design and construction from the start, she creates cohesive, carefully considered spaces that balance the needs of her clients with the architectural character of the home.
